Citizens of Uzbekistan will enter Kazakhstan with new documents from 2016

Almaty. January 12. - Since 2016 Uzbek citizens to enter Kazakhstan will require biometric passports for adults and certificates for persons under 16 years, reported the agency KazTAG.
"Ratifies agreement on the order of stay of citizens of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan and Uzbek citizens on the territory of Kazakhstan. On our side, the list of documents has not changed, the Uzbek side provided a new diplomatic biometric passport and a national biometric passport and identity for persons under 16 years of age",- said the head of the Department of Migration Police Ministry of Internal Affairs Serik Sainov.
He noted that the old documents of citizens of Uzbekistan to enter Kazakhstan will be valid until the end of 2015.
