Coming from Afghanistan threats require the coordination of efforts, the head of the Defense Ministry of Tajikistan

Almaty. June 4. Silkroadnews - The growing threat to the region due to the worsening situation in Afghanistan require the member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to take a coordinated response, said Defense Minister Sherali Mirzo, reported TajikTA.
"A particular concern causes the situation emerging in our neighboring Afghanistan, which largely affects the regional security", - said Sh. Mirzo at the Council of Defense Ministers of the CSTO member states in Dushanbe on Thursday.
According to him, this circumstance requires a coordinated action of the military, military-technical and military-political character in order to counter threats emanating from Afghanistan.
He also stressed that security of the collective security organization is a priority to Tajikistan as a chairman in CSTO.
Recall today, on June 4, in the capital of Tajikistan, chaired by the Minister of Defense of Tajikistan Sh Mirzo held a meeting of the defense ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
