Almaty. February 26. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyz Prime Minister Temir Sariyev said on necessity to undertake measures to build a transparent competition within the EEU, KyrTAG informs.
“The entrepreneurs import goods from Kazakhstan, while passing through the check point they enter the invoice of, for example, 3 som per kilogram of flour, does it really cost that? No. Or, for example, import of eggs, a dozen costs 10 tiyn. That is, we run into second problem. It is an integration union, a market which is more advanced, more open, thus, it also requires more responsibility. We have to do something, it’s a very high competition, we will have to withstand this competition and the state shall help in this regard,” - said T. Sariyev at the meeting of business and investment development council.
He called the “competition to be fair”.
“It does not require you to be an expert to write 3 som price in the invoice for the good, then sell it without paying VAT and other taxes. Therefore, we shall undertake some steps to make the competition more transparent and clear,” - the head of the government said.
