Court approved application for provisional release of chairman of union of journalists of Kazakhstan Seitkazy Matayev

Almaty. November 16. Silkroadnews - The court approved the request for provisional release of the head of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan Seitkazy Matayev, the lawyer Madina Bakiyeva said, the Kazakh Telegraph Agency (KazTAG) reports.
“The court approved the request for parole of Seitkazy Matayev,” M. Bakiyeva said on Thursday.
With this she noted the court decision will come into force in 15 calendar days, unless appealed against.
The lawyer also said the court did not release S.Matayev from additional punishment in form of deprivation of the right to hold management posts related to organizational and materially responsible functions in state and commercial organizations.
