"It depends on you how you choose a parliament. If you choose the thieves, after two years we will have presidential elections, and if there will be held a thief, then where will the Kyrgyzstan go? Do not give your votes for vodka and beshbarmak. If you do not think about yourself, think of your children",- he appealed to the citizens at the official commissioning of water intake in Isfana city on Wednesday.
The head of state stressed that the elections will be fair, and will not repeat instances where the turnout was 110%.
