Documents on the creation of collective aviation forces of the CSTO will be signed in December
Astana. September 22. Silkroadnews - According to CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha, documents on the creation of collective air forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be signed in December 2014, informs KazTAG.
According to him, then will begin the formation of collective air forces, based on the composition of Russian Federation air forces.
"The main task of these air forces - a transfer of troops to conduct joint operations in this or that region, a part of the Collective Security Treaty Organization," - said N.Bordyuzha.
As reported, the air forces of the CSTO will be created before the end of this year.
"The heads of state must approve the principles of collective air forces and, most importantly, their combat and the size", - previously reported N.Bordyuzha.
He noted that these units are designed to provide special forms and methods of support for the activities of various armed groups in the CSTO.
