EXPO-2017: Over 50 hotels to be built in Astana

Astana. March 26. Silkroadnews – Over 50 hotels are to be built in Astana in time for EXPO-2017, as the Press Office of the committee on tourism industry of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies reports.
“The world-renowned hotel-franchises are built in the number of regions within the framework of country’s strategy to promote tourism in Kazakhstan. In particular, 50 hotels are to be built in Astana by the year 2017”, the Chairman of the Committee, Marat Igaliyev, is quoted by the Press Office on their webpage.
As astana.kz reports, 75 hotels are currently registered in Astana. 4 of them have over 150 rooms, the rest have between 4 and 30 rooms.
