Facilitated system of construction permits developed in Afghanistan to attract investors

Almaty. July 25. Silkroadnews - A facilitated procedure of coordination of construction is being developed in Kabul under support of USAID, which is supposed to make construction sector attractive for the investors, reports the Afghanistan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG).
The project has been in power since 2014 and performed under support of USAID. Abdullah Dzhan Habibzai, interim mayor of Kabul, said that with the project the city development will be accelerated due to arrival of private investors.
The new system of permits issue will be presented within a  month.
According to Nadim Sissiki, chief of the International Financial Corporation of Afghanistan, the project has been performed within the frameworks of the program for support of private business and agriculture, and improvement of the investment climate in the state.
Now the infrastructure of Kabul cannot satisfy the needs of 3.7 mln population. A project of satellite metropolis- New Kabul has been developed.
