Finland will provide Tajikistan equipment for geophysical studies
Almaty. February 3. SIlkroadnews - Finland will provide geophysical equipment for Tajikistan for engineering and geophysical work in Tajikistan, says Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Tuesday.
In particular, the issues of acquisition of geophysical equipment "MERI-24" for engineering and geophysical work and generator "ASTRA-100".
Parties endorsed the plans of studying groundwater capture cards and compile an inventory of wells for groundwater.
Also addressed the issue of Geophysical Research tripartite between geophysicists of Afghanistan and Geological Survey of Finland and Tajikistan in accordance with the agreement signed on 11-14 December 2014 in Istanbul (Turkey).
The representative of the Geological Survey of Finland Jukka Multan said that for RT will be organized short-term training courses for computer programs and GIS ARGIS digitization of maps.
He stressed the need to involve two experts hydrogeologists. It is also planned to organize short-term courses in English language.
