Flour rises in price in Kyrgyzstan, despite the decline in the value of Kazakh grain

Almaty. June 27. Silkroadnews - In Kyrgyzstan, despite the decline in the value of Kazakh grain, rises the cost of the flour, transfers KyrTAG.
"The growth of wholesale prices for flour has started to occur since May 8. Depending on the manufacturer for a period up to 26 June marked increase in 1,5-3,3 som per kilogram of first grade, including last week, prices rose by 0.5 som. Thus, the prices for the month and a half grown up from 21-22,4 22,5-25,7 som/kg"- reported the monitoring data of Ministry of Economy of KR.
At the same time, according to the Ministry of Economy, Kazakh wheat prices declined.
"By trading on May 19, 2014 the price of wheat of 3rd class with gluten 27-30% (station Lugovoye) is $ 250-260 per 1 ton. Trading on June 20, 2014, wheat prices were $240-250, or the price dropped by $10", - the report says.
Meanwhile, at the markets of Bishkek on certain types of flour prices rose by 1-2 som, the ministry noted.
