"The stakes have grown in comparison with 2010. For a place in the top five list of candidates offered up to $1 million. The top ten, probably the same. However, it is only in some selected parties. The usual fee is from $200 thousand to $500 thousand", - said one of the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh on Wednesday.
As explained by the MP, there is another way to get the coveted mandate.
"You need to score 7 thousand votes, and even if you were one hundredth in the list, after the election, you can "fly at 5 or 6 place", - he said.
Recall parliamentary elections of the sixth convocation are scheduled for October 4, 2015.
