For simple of wagons with fuel at the border with Kyrgyzstan, Kazakh side demands to pay fine of $13 million

Almaty. February 4. Silkroadnews - on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border still detained 425 cars with fuel, said KyrTAG.
" Kazakhstan Temir Joly demands from Kyrgyzstan to pay for these simple cars with fuel. Amount of the fine is $13 million",- said the executive director of the Association of Oil Traders of Kyrgyzstan Ulan Kulov on Wednesday.
According to him, today parties are negotiating and perhaps soon 168 cars with fuel and lubricants will cross the border.
