Almaty. October 1. Silkroadnews - former vice president of China's Supreme People's Court Xi Xiaoming is suspected of corruption, reported the newspaper China Daily.
"The Central Disciplinary Commission (CDC) said that Xi Xiaoming is suspected of taking bribes and abuse of office. Moreover, he disclosed confidential information to third parties and provided illegal benefits to individuals in civil proceedings after receiving bribes", - said in a statement.
In addition, according to the publication, he is accused of violating party discipline and code of honor.
It is reported that Xi Xiaoming was expelled from the party and the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China launched an investigation against him.
