Free trade zone within the framework of the SCO is planning to be established by 2020

Almaty. December 15. Silkroadnews - The Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will instruct the ministers of trade and economy to work out measures to harmonize the formation of a free trade zone within the organization, said Premier Li Keqiang.
He said, "China offers to actively use a specially created group on trade facilitation within the framework of the SCO, to make efforts to ensure by 2020 the free movement of goods, capital, services and technologies."
Li Keqiang also proposed to create in the near future, a trade association for electronic commerce in SCO.
He said that to date China has signed 14 free trade agreements with 20 countries and regions.
Recall, on December 14-15 in Zhengzhou held a meeting of the heads of governments of SCO member states.
