Governments of Kazakhstan and Russia see great potential for strengthening interstate cooperation

Almaty. October 14. Silkroadnews - First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov, reported on the official website of the Prime Minister.
"The meeting took place on the eve of the state visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Kazakhstan. The sides discussed wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, including in the field of fuel and energy complex, industry, nuclear energy, transport", - said in a statement on the website primeminister.kz on Wednesday.
It is noted that during the meeting they discussed the commitments made by Kazakhstan to join the WTO, and their implementation in the contractual framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.
In addition, the parties noted significant potential for enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation, including in the framework of the EAEC.
