Atyrau. April 23. Silkroadnews – The head of Atyrau police department is held after he allegedly covered up poaching and took bribes in black caviar, local financial police department informs.
“Altynbek Kubaydullin, head of the police department in Atyrau province was held on the 21 of April. It is suspected he took few kilograms of black caviar as a bribe. He also allegedly covered up fish poaching in Caspian Sea”, financial police reports.
