Head of Tajikistan and the former President of Afghanistan discussed security issues in the region

Almaty. October 23. Silkroadnews - Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon and former Afghan President Hamid Karzai, who arrived on a visit to Dushanbe, discussed the situation in Afghanistan,informed AfTAG.
"The sides discussed the current situation in Afghanistan and its impact on the situation in the region and the world as well as various areas of the Tajik-Afghan cooperation", - the press service of the head of state.
The two sides agreed on the need to use all available resources to prevent such negative phenomena as terrorism, extremism and drug trafficking.
