Hong Kong has been included into the list of most expensive cities to live in 2016

Almaty. April 13. Silkroadnews – International research company The Economist Intelligent Unit has included Hong Kong in the top of the most expensive cities to live in 2016, KazTAG reports.

The most expensive cities are Singapore, Zurich and Hong Kong. The top ten most expensive cities also included Geneva, Paris, London, New York, Copenhagen, Seoul and Los-Angeles.  

According to the survey, in the list of the top ten cheapest cities to live in Almaty ranks the 4th after Lusaka (Zambia), Bangalore (India) and Mumbai (India) and followed by Algiers (Algeria), Chennai (India), Karachi (Pakistan), New Delhi (India), Damascus (Syria) and Caracas (Venezuela).

The study takes into account the prices of 160 products in supermarkets, shops and middle-class stores of each city.
