IAEA head arrives in Tehran for official talks

Almaty. October 30. Silkroadnews - The head of the IAEA arrived in Tehran for official talks, the Iranian Telegraph Agency (IrTAG) reported referring to the IRNA news agency.
“Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano arrived in Iran on Saturday evening to confer with Iranian officials,” the report said.
The visit program includes Amano talks with Vice President and head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Ali Akbar Salehi.
The agency reminded, on October 13 U.S. President Donald Trump adopted a new strategy against Iran and announced the decertification of the Tehran 2015 nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. Trump’s approach has been criticized by many countries, international bodies, political communities and the world’s media.
“This is while the IAEA has already verified Iran's commitment to nuclear deal eight times,” the publication reads.
