Almaty. August 29. Silkroadnews – Imports of natural gas to China grew 17.9% up to 40.8 billion cubic meters over the last 7 months, TASS reports.
According to the report by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China, gas production over the same period increased by 2.1% to 77.7 billion cubic meters.
As the department statement says, the consumption of this fuel at the Chinese market also demonstrated a positive trend, having grown 8.8% up to 113.9 billion cubic meters in January-July.
