Almaty. January 14. Silkroadnews - In 2014, Tajikistan imported about 580 thousand tons of oil, reported Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Wednesday.
In particular, the country imported more than 246 thousand tons of gasoline, about 245 thousand tons of diesel fuel, 60.5 thousand tons of jet fuel, about 16 thousand tons of fuel oil, etc.
The main supplier of oil products, remains Russia, which in 2014 accounted for almost 90% of the total volume of imported petroleum products.
Refined products last year exported to Tajikistan from Kazakhstan (8.4%), Turkmenistan (2.8%) and other countries.
Recall that in 2013 Tajikistan imported a total of about 362 thousand tons of petroleum products worth $ 379 million.
