In Dushanbe began meeting of the Council of Heads of SCO Member States

Almaty. September 12. Silkroadnews - Dushanbe begins summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), chaired by the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, says Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA).
The meeting is attended by the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Chinese President Xi Jinping, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Uzbek President Islam Karimov.
President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov will attend as guest of honor.
From the observer states of the SCO forum present President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani, Mongolian President Elbegdorj Tsakhiagiin.
India represented by Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj, Pakistan - Prime Minister's adviser on national security and foreign policy Sartaj Aziz.
Representatives from the partner states of SCO dialogue: Belarus, Turkey, Sri Lanka and several international organizations.
As previously reported, the meeting will also host Business Forum of Entrepreneurs of the Member States of the Organization, which is planned to discuss cooperation in the framework of energy and food security. The forum will be attended by representatives of governments, the business community and experts from Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as observer countries and dialogue partners of the SCO.
