Surcharge for a degree is only 300 soms per candidate and 600 soms - for his doctorate",- said K.Osmonaliev at the exit meeting of the committee on Tuesday.
According to the deputy, in Kyrgyzstan, the growth of the average wage in the country ahead the wage growth of educators. For example, in this period the average monthly salary in the country - 11 845 soms or $ 226, the average monthly salary in the public sector is 9626 soms or $183.7, the average monthly salary fro teachers- 8,130 soms ($ 155).

"Due to the rising inflation in the country, annually decreases the level of the average teacher salary reduced its purchasing power.
According to the head of the committee, Republic has weak social protection of the teachers: teachers are not provided benefits when paying the expenses of the living space and utilities, interest-free loans for housing construction; lump sum everything for young professionals who come to work in rural schools.
"For this reason, in the last two academic years, the outflow of teaching staff from the education system of the country was more than 1 thousand teachers, whereas now the republic lacks 2 thousand 500 teachers",- said the deputy.
