In Kyrgyzstan, the owners of right-wheel cars must register by June 3

Almaty. April 9th. Silkroad News - State Registration Service (SRS) under the Government of Kyrgyzstan calls owners of right-wheel cars to pass the registration up to 3 June this year, reports KyrTAG.
As recalled, on 3 June this year will come into force amendments to the law "On Road Traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic", adopted on February 26. According to the document, the law enters into force after 3 months.
The amendment, prohibits to import right-wheel vehicles, except those intended for public works, agriculture, road construction, etc..
The new law will not be applied to the right-hand drive vehicles that were imported and registered prior to the entry into force of this law. However, for non-compliance of registration and late registration of ground vehicle, citizens will be imposed administrative fines - 10 calculation indices, for officials - 20 calculation indices.
Right-wheel vehicles imported after the entry into force of this Act will not be registered.
