Vice Speaker Bodosh Mamyrova at the parliament session on Thursday, explained that many students rent apartments.
She said that the students are asked to consider extending the winter break until the spring, so that they had the opportunity to spend the winter at home.
"The mayor of Osh, instead of thinking how to solve the problems with heating, reprimand rectors and is not going to solve the heating problems in the city", - she demanded.
