"The explosion occurred in a six-story residential building at 8 am local time in the area of ​​Liuzhou. The explosion was so strong that the wreckage of the building collapsed on the road. As noted, the previous day in Liuzhou were 17 bombings that killed 7 people. Hurt the local hospital, urban markets, shopping center, bus station and several government buildings, including prisons and dormitories for officials.
Police arrested a suspect who, according to investigators, dispatched parcels with bombs.
As reported by the Ministry of Public Security, the case of the explosion is being investigated as a criminal, suspect is not charged as terrorist.
The local Postal Service has suspended delivery of all parcels to Saturday.
