In Tajikistan, as a result of an armed attack on the city police department, three policemen were killed, another wounded

Almaty. September 4. Silkroadnews - "Today, on September 4, at about 04.28 am a criminal group headed by Abdulla Zieviddin performed an armed attack on the Department of Internal Affairs of the city Vahdat (20 kilometers east of Dushanbe). As a result, two of the attackers were killed, three other attackers were injured",- said in a statement of Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The information about four killed policemen, the Interior Ministry neither confirmed nor denied.
Law enforcement authorities suspect that attack was organized by the former commanders of the armed forces of the United Tajik Opposition Zieviddin Abdulloev and Dzhunaydullo Umarov.
Meanwhile, a source in the power structures of the country reported that in the attack on the security forces were killed two OMON officers and one police employee. Another state inspector with gunshot wounds was transported to the hospital.
In Dushanbe, established additional checkpoints, taken under heavy guard all public buildings as well as the entrance to the capital.
