Almaty. December 15. Silkroadnews - In Uzbekistan, employers will pay maternity leave until January 1, 2016, according to the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
This provision is contained in the decree of President of Uzbekistan "On the forecast of key macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the state budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2015" on December 4, 2014.
Recall that in 2010, Uzbekistan has the procedure for payment of benefits to working women on maternity leave by the employer.
However, women working in the budgetary organizations, receive grants from the budget.
