Almaty. August 4. Silkroadnews - By the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan approved the position of evaluating the effectiveness of joint stock companies and other business entities with the state share, reported the Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
According to the document, the key performance indicators (KPI) - a quantifiable evaluation criteria used to determine the effectiveness of the executive body of the organization. The values ​​of the criteria is stated in the business plan as a standalone application.
The document also states that the calculated KPIs are published on the official web site of the organization, and are submitted to the shareholders upon their written request.
The decision comes into force from January 1, 2016.
