In Uzbekistan, the involvement of civil society organizations in the implementation of government programs increased by 34%

Almaty. April 15. Silkroadnews - In Uzbekistan, the rate of participation of representatives of non-profit organizations (NPO) in the development and implementation of state programs increased by 34%, reports the Telegraph Agency of Uzbekistan (UzTAG).
According to a study of the Independent Institute for monitoring the formation of civil society, in the problem of the state program "Year of the Family" (2012) at the republican level attended 23 NPOs and at the regional level more than 320 NPOs. The contribution to the implementation of the state program "Year of well-being and prosperity" (2013) involved 31 Republican and more than 430 regional NPOs.
As recalled in the agency, in Uzbekistan the activity of civil institutions is regulated by the Law "On social partnership". Instrument to regulate the forms of cooperation between state and civil institutions as part of NPOs in the development and implementation of socio-economic development of the country, including sectoral and regional, as well as legal acts and other decisions affecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
