India and China will allocate Nepal aid worth $1.5 billion

Almaty. June 25. Silkroadnews - The Government of India and China promised to pledge to Nepal $1.5 billion to restore infrastructure damaged by the catastrophic earthquake, reported the BBC Russian Service.
"Two-thirds of this sum will transfer Delhi. In addition, the Asian Development Bank will add $600 million", - says the publication.
The authorities in Nepal assess the damage from natural disasters in the $7 billion. Prime Minister Sushil Koirala stressed that all proceeds will be used wisely.
Recall, earthquake in April and May killed more than 8 thousand people, about 100 thousand left homeless.
