Almaty. August 31. Silkroadnews – India can bypass China and Russia on innovative development by 2025, CNBC reported.
“India’s innovation growth rate is expected to rise significantly over the next 15 years, placing it ahead of Russia and close to surpassing China, the study from China’s Science Technology Exchange Center said”, the report said.
This year the economy of India is expected to grow faster than that of China. The latest data from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) forecast India’s gross domestic product (GDP) - the total value of goods and services produced - to grow 7.2% in 2017 against 6.5% in China. According to the study, the growth can be expected in the field of intellectual advances, such as science and technology, which are often perceived as indicators of future growth.
It is reported that at present China is the leader in competitiveness in innovation among the BRICS countries. India is taking significant steps to develop innovation within the reform program introduced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
