Indian consulate under attack in Herat Province

Kabul. May 23. Silkroadnews – Indian consulate in Western Afghan Province of Herat was attacked by a group of gunmen. The attack happened in the early morning this Friday, May 23rd. This is reported by Kharma Press.
The gunmen started shooting the consulate building from a construction site nearby. Two terrorists were killed as a result of counteraction with Afghan security forces. None of the consulate employees were hurt. No civilians were hurt. One of the terrorists continue fighting.
None of the terrorist groups claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
