Inflation in Tajikistan in the first 11 months amounted to 4.7%
Almaty. December 15. Silkroadnews - Inflation in Tajikistan for 11 months amounted 4.7%, reported TajikTA.
This level of inflation for the period is mainly formed due to external factors. Particularly, this is due to higher prices for imported goods in a limited domestic demand.
In annual terms inflation amounted to 5.2%, slowing down compared to the same period last year by 1.9 percentage points.
The Government of Tajikistan plans to keep the figure at the end of 2015 to 7.5%, however, the international financial institutions forecast that inflation in the country at the end of the year could range from 6.4% to 10%.
Last year, in Tajikistan, the figure was 7.4%.
