Investments in fixed assets in Tajikistan in I quarter increased by 0.9%

Almaty. April 16. Silkroadnews - Investment in fixed assets in Tajikistan in the I quarter was $190.4 million, which is 0.9% more than in the corresponding period in 2014, reported the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Thursday.
For production facilities explored investments in the amount of 610.6 million Somoni ($96.9 million), or 49.6%, in non-production objects explored investments in the amount of 621.4 million Somoni ($98.6 million), or 50.4 % of total investments.
In the construction of power facilities mastered 361.5 million Somoni ($57.3 million) investment in fixed assets. In comparison with January - March 2014 the volume of investment in the construction of power facilities increased by 1.6 times.
Transport and communications investments in fixed assets utilized in the amount of 93.4 million Somoni ($14.8 million), or 31.5% of the corresponding period last year.
Of these, at the expense of state and own funds of enterprises and organizations disbursed 53.1 million Somoni ($8.4 million), or 56.9%, and foreign investment - 40.3 million Somoni ($6.3 million) or 43, 1%.
