Iran and Japan are going to deepen cooperation in the field of nuclear safety

Almaty. October 13. Silkroadnews - The foreign ministers of Iran and Japan, Mohammad Javad Zarif, and Fumio Kisida at the meeting agreed to expand cooperation in nuclear safety and compliance with agreed measures of Iranian nuclear agreement, reports "Vestnik Kavkaza".
"The two countries agreed to set up a coordinating council to implement a comprehensive monitoring of all ministries of Japan and Iran", - said in a statement referring to the Minister of Japan.
States have agreed to continue cooperation in the fields of environmental protection, health, the fight against drug trafficking, as well as the settlement of the situation in the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region.
"Iran, as a historical power can play an important role in resolving these issues", - said the head of the Japanese Foreign Ministry.
He also drew attention to the fact that this was the first meeting of the foreign ministers of Japan and Iran after the Iranian nuclear agreement.
The head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry noted good prospects for cooperation in the fields of investment and production, nuclear energy and the fight against extremism.
Recall, representatives of 20 Japanese companies together with F. Kisida went to Iran to reach agreements on the early signing of a bilateral agreement on investments.
