Iran and Oman signed an agreement on the demarcation of the maritime border

Almaty. May 27. Silkroadnews - Iran and Oman in Muscat on the eve signed an agreement on the demarcation of the maritime border, reports Trend.
"According to the agreement, the length of the maritime border between Iran and Oman is defined as 450 km", - says the publication.
The agreement was signed by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Oman Hamoud bin Faisal Albusaidi.
Delimitation of the border between Iran and Oman was held for the first time since the Islamic revolution in Iran in 1979.
