Almaty. June 12. Silkroadnews - Iran and the "six" partly agreed on the course of reconstruction of the reactor at Arak, however, have not yet agreed on the details of it, reported Russian media.
"There are some misunderstandings, this object will be rebuilt, but there is no understanding, who will remake it, when it will alter, and by which means. Unfortunately, as for June 12, the whole set of questions of reconfiguration of Arak remain in the category of good intentions. Without answers to these questions, we can not move forward to the conclusion of agreements", - said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
He noted that the pace of the negotiations slowed down.
Furthermore, he said that Iran has to clarify all outstanding issues about its nuclear program with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
"We believe that Iran must first reach an agreement with the IAEA, any concerns that have negotiators, they lend themselves to removal within Iran's cooperation with the agency", - he said, noting that Iran will still have to "solve the problem of controlled access to their facilities".
He explained that "the only universally acceptable and universal basis to solve the problem - a framework document between Iran and IAEA and a discussion of how this document can be applied to a future agreement".
The diplomat stressed that it "is not about inspections on the survey of some individuals, and the controlled access to objects that may be relevant to this program".
