Beijing. February 27. Silkroadnews - The Permanent Secretariat of the International Conference to Support Intifada, under the authority of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, condemned the provocative act of the United States in claiming a deadline for the transfer of the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem on the Day of Nakba, the Iranian Telegraph Agency (IrTAG) reports.
The Permanent Secretariat of the International Conference on Supporting Palestinian Intifada urges all parliaments, international institutions, the European Parliament, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and Non-Aligned Movement to condemn this interfering decision of the United States and take necessary measures in order to change the US position.
To remind, the US State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said in May, the United States plans to open a new US embassy in Jerusalem.
The scheduled opening date coincides with the Day of Nakba, May 15, the day following the day of the founding of the State of Israel. For Palestinians Nakba Day entailed the forced expulsion of more than 700,000 of Palestinians from their homeland.
