Iran offers to create a free economic zone of the Caspian region
Almaty. April 30. Silkroadnews - Iran proposes to establish a joint free economic zone (FEZ) of the Caspian countries on the basis of existing FEZ over there, informs the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG).
"After a detailed study of the issue and expert examination, in each of the FEZ of the regional countries could operate a joint free economic zone for the further expansion of trade relations between our countries, particularly in Enzeli FEZ ", - said the deputy head of the Supreme Council on free economic zones of Iran Mehdi Bazargan in the 15th meeting of the Business Council of heads of Chambers of Commerce of the Caspian countries.
He also noted that to date in the territory of Iran there are 7 FEZ, and plans to open another 3 or 4 of these objects of economic activity.
