Iran presented a new modification of the fighter Saeqeh

Almaty. February 9. Silkroadnews - The Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran presented the first sample of the new domestic fighter Saeqeh-2 ("Lightning"). It is an improved modification of the fighter Saeqeh, reported the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG) on Monday.
During the ceremony in Tehran, fighter was presented to the public and handed over to the Air Force of the country.
Deputy Defense Minister of Iran, Amir Khatami said that one of the main purpose of the new combat vehicle - "direct support in the implementation of tactical operations".  Saeqeh-2 can also be successfully involved in the training of pilots to improve their flying skills, said the deputy minister.
According to him, on the fighters of this type will be set a large number of equipment and electronic combat systems, designed and built by Iranian experts.
As previously reported, Iran announced the launch of mass production of domestic fighter Saeqeh-1 in order to meet the needs of the Air Force of the country in the form of arms.
