Iran’s economic growth accelerated up to 9% per year

Almaty. December 20. Silkroadnews – Iran’s economic growth accelerated to 9% a year, Iran.ru writes.
“On this year results Iran enjoys the highest economic growth in the region”, the publication says with reference to Iran’s Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Ali Tayyebnia.
He noted that according to the Central Bank of Iran (CBI), economic growth accelerated to about 9% in the second quarter of the current Iranian year (started March 20, 2016), while in the first quarter of the year it amounted to about 5.4% only.
The minister also pointed out to the positive economic growth in agriculture and industry and measures in dealing with inflation as factors contributing to positive economic growth.
