Iran to build a wind power plant in Armenia

Almaty. October 16. Silkroadnews - Iran will build a wind power plant in Armenia, reported "News of the Caucasus".
"The Iranian industrial group Sadid is going to do the construction of wind power plants in Armenia. Four turbines for wind power has already been given to Armenia, and in the next two years it is planned to increase the number by another 70 turbines with a capacity of about 50 MW",- says the publication.
Deputy Chairman and CEO of Development Amir Hossein Kaveh said that "between the two countries signed agreements".
"We expect that the support, since our company is privately owned and there is a need for support from the governments of Iran and Armenia. We have sponsors for foreign investment. We want some help to implement the laws of our program",- he added.
