Iran to develop bilateral cooperation with India

Beijing. Jul 18. Silkroadnews – Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Seyed Abbas Araghchi said Iran and India are serious about developing bilateral cooperation, the Iranian Telegraph Agency (IrTAG) reports.
In a message posted on his Instagram account, Araghci noted positive changes in the relations between Iran and India after President Rouhani’s visit to India in February, Mehr News Agency wrote.
“Following President Rouhani’s visit to India in February, positive developments in bilateral ties have occurred, especially in fields of energy, trade and transit. Iran and India are determined to boost multilateral aspects of their cooperation in different domains, based on mutual interest and respect,” the publication reads.
Describing the photo posted on his Instagram profile, Araghchi said this is the 15th round of political talks between Iran and India with Deputy Foreign Minister of India Vijay Gokhale.
