Almaty. July 3. KazTAG – Alaeddin Boroujerdi, Chairman for the Committee for Foreign Policy and National Security of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, announced Tehran’s plans to allocate around $300 million to strengthen the missile program, KazTAG reports with reference to Trend.
“Approximately 300 million dollars have been allocated to promote Iran’s missile program while a similar amount has been assigned to support Qods Force of IRGC, in the absence of whom, terrorists would be ruling in Damascus and Baghdad”, A. Boroujerdi said.
He noted, the purpose of such a step was Tehran’s counteraction to Washington supporting groups.
“Given the Americans and their allies in the region support such groups as the Islamic State and Jabhat al-Nusra, it becomes obvious our enemies once again want to put pressure on us”, A. Boroujerdi believes.
