Iran will not sign the agreement without lifting of sanctions, said Rouhani

Almaty. April 9. Silkroadnews - Iran will not sign the final agreement on its nuclear program until lifting of all sanctions. This was stated by the president of Iran Hassan Rouhani, reported Russian media.
Meanwhile, the US insists on a gradual lifting of sanctions because their withdrawal mechanism is not elaborated upon.
"The details of the gradual lifting of sanctions are not yet approved. The administration convinced that it is unwise to simply lift all sanctions on the first day",- said a spokesman of the White House Josh Ernest.
As stated earlier representatives of the US administration, "one of the key principles"  of made in Lausanne, on April 2 arrangements, is that the pace of the lifting of sanctions "will correspond to the finish" by Tehran the scope of work aimed at removal of questions on "nuclear dossier." That is, the United States and other countries will be ready to move in this process "as soon as they (Iranians) want".
On the eve,the US Secretary of State John Kerry said that Iran will inform the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) about its past efforts to develop nuclear weapons. He explained that "this will be part of the final deal".
The head of US diplomacy expressed confidence that in the next couple of months, the parties will be able to reach a comprehensive agreement.
