Iran will retaliate in response to the US ban on issuing visas to Iranian citizens

Almaty. January 31. Silkroadnews – First Vice President of Iran Eshaq Jahangiri said Iran will retaliate in response to the US visa ban against the Iranian citizens, Trend wrote.

Commenting on the US visa ban on residents of a number of Muslim-majority nations, E. Jahangiri said Iran in response will introduce a visa ban against residents of the United States.

“We will support our citizens throughout the world”, First Vice President of Iran emphasized.

He also added, Iran will continue the fight against terrorism and is ready to defend the rights of its citizens worldwide.

Last Friday, the US president, Donald Trump has signed a decree to suspend the admission of refugees to the United States for 120 days. In addition, citizens of Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, Libya and Somalia were barred from entering the United States for 90 days.
