Japan will provide to Tajikistan $300 thousand free to develop social projects in rural areas

Almaty. February 4. Silkroadnews - The Japanese government will finance the implementation of social projects in three villages of Tajikistan throgh the grant program aid (GGP) totaling approximately $314 thousand, reported the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Wednesday.
As noted, from the mentioned amount of financing, $114.7 thousand will be directed to the improvement of the irrigation system of "Karasu" and "Kashot" jamoat of Jirgital region; $98.5 thousand will go to the provision of medical equipment to the urology department of the regional hospital.
Another, $100.3 thousand will be provided for the construction of a women's center in Penjikent district.
