Kazakh Mosque-goers to be protected from rain by automated umbrella system

Shymkent. June 12. Silkroadnews – Mosque-goers in Kazakh city of Shymkent are to be protected from the rain by the automated umbrella system, as Shymkent City Authority informs.
The mosque construction is to start in the holly months of Ramadan. It is to be finished in 2016. The Mosque is to be able to accommodate up to 8 000 people at once. It is to have a multi-floor parking lot, elevators, escalators, modern AC systems and even solar energy panels.
The automated umbrella system is to protect Mosque-goers from both rains and sun.
There will also be various administrative facilities within the complex. It will include Congress Hall, Expo-Centre, library and Islamic education centre among other things.
