Kazakh senator offers to prescribe the law for recipe of Kumys

Astana. September 11th. Silkroadnews - To prescribe a specific law for recipe of kumys and shubat, offers deputy senate Kuanish Aytahanov, transmits KazTAG.
"Scientists have published their writings of our production of kumys and shubat, creating a national brand, but have not yet found support. At one time there were 15 hospitals, where lung disease was treated with kumys milk, but because of the lack of state support, they gradually closed. Now neighboring Russia has 80 Agroferma with the production of kumys and 48 hospitals, where people are treated with it",- said K. Aytahanov in the request to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan at the plenary session of the House on Thursday.
The MP believes that Kazakhstan needs to legally prescribe the purpose and use of kumys and shubat and paint recipes.
"We must create a national brand of glorious, drink and adopt a law on kumys and shubat. In this law, we must prescribe the preparation of samples of classic drinks, data requirements for milk, physico-chemical, odor, taste characteristics, measures the safety of these drinks",- he suggests.
According to the senator, other countries have successfully produced the products for medicinal purposes.
In addition, K. Aytahanov believes that farmers involved in breeding camels and horses do not have financial support.
"The adoption of the law on kumys and shubat will allow to continue the work of ancestors, to fulfill their covenant to keep the vital properties of beverages, and proudly to pass this gift to future generations", - concluded K.Aytahanov.
